You can maintain a free profile with up to five photos, create and edit your own personal introduction, and search for other members. Additionally, you can opt to hide your profile, and control who can or cannot contact you.

You are required to become a premium member if you want to initiate an email from a free member (note: emailing from a received wink is considered an initiation), or in order to view personal Introductions of other members. On a lesser note, a premium membership is required to expand your Inbox/Outbox storage capacity, create new storage folders to organize your e-mail, or add new e-mail to those storage folders, or view other members who have viewed your profile.

A. No. Your membership is not a trial membership. It is a permanent membership for as long as you desire to maintain your profile on our site. If you become a premium member, and afterwards no longer wish to renew your premium status, then your membership will simply revert back to a free “basic” status.
A. Yes. All data that is exchanged between your computer and our servers is encrypted and behind a secure network. We use VeriSign, considered to be the most reputable security services company, to maintain our security certificates. We are extremely proactive in policing our site, and will delete any person who attempts to use our site for any reason other then for social connections. If we detect any misuse or potential misuse of any kind that member is deleted permanently.

This includes providing you the ability to delete your profile when it is your desire to do so. Please note that in order to protect our members, and ensure our site's security, we reserve the right to refuse you the option to re-instate your profile. Please see the section below called Deleting My Membership.
A. No, you are not required to write or maintain a personal introduction. However, keep in mind that writing a personal introduction is a great advantage. You should outline as much as possible about yourself in a positive and uplifting way. Our members will greatly enjoy and appreciate learning about your likes and dislikes, habits and interests as well as the type of person you seek. The best way to spark interest, attract attention, and maximize your responses is to share as much as possible about yourself with other members within our community. This will increase responses to your profile up to 15 times, and greatly enhance your user experience on our site.
A. It's possible that you previously signed up with our site and simply don't remember. If that's the case, simply request your username and password by entering your e-mail address and birthdate on Lookup My Password section located on the Member Login page. Your username and a new temporary password will be sent to you within a minute or two at your real e-mail address. You can then change your temporary password to a permanent one that you prefer when you login.
A. Your e-mail address and password cannot be the same in order to protect your anonymity.


Logging In

A. Your username and password can be retrieved from the Member Login page. Simply enter your e-mail address and birthdate using the Lookup My Password form, and your username and a new temporary password will be sent to you. When you log in, you will be prompted to change your temporary password to a permanent password that you prefer.
A. Solution #1: - Be sure you provided the exact information.

You must enter the exact e-mail address and birth date you provided to us when you registered. Otherwise, we are not able to generate this information for you due to security issues.

Solution #2: - Are our e-mails sent to you being blocked?

It is possible that the e-mail which was generated to you ended up in your bulk e-mail folder at your real e-mail address. You will need to unblock our MutualArrangements.com domain using the instructions from your e-mail program. Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, and MSN all have different instructions for how to unblock domains. These instructions change frequently when the e-mail programs are updated, so please consult with the help section of the specific vendor you are using.

Solution #3: - Are you having ISP problems? You may be currently having problems with your ISP. Double check to see if you are having a problem.
A. No. There is no time limit to being logged in. However, we do have a 60 minute auto log out which takes place 60 minutes after your last page view when you do not return to the site. If this is the case, simply log back in. Please try to not leave uncompleted e-mail messages dormant due to the fact that after 60 minutes if you try to send a message in a logged out status, you may lose your information. To fully log out, use the Log Out link in the navigation bar, and do not just close the browser window.
A. If you cannot log in, it is possible that you forgot your existing username or password information. Please use the Lookup My Password form on the Member Login page to generate your information to your real e-mail address. Then try to log in again with this information which was sent to you.
A. Solution #1 – Have you checked your Cookie Settings?

You should be able to see your username under the word Welcome located on your logged in member home page. If you cannot reach this page, then the most likely situation is that you do not have cookies enabled in your browser. Cookies are settings which allow any website to recognize and validate that you are the actual person logged in to the site. To get help with cookies for your computer please press F1 on your keyboard. Please enable cookies to eliminate problems in accessing our site, as well as many other sites which also require cookies for access.

Solution #2 - Have you checked your Anti-Virus or Firewall programs?

Having Anti-Virus and Firewall software installed are extremely important to help ensure the security and health of your computer, but sometimes certain types of this software will disable cookies automatically when you install or activate them. Please check these settings within your software using the help section(s) to be sure that you have cookies enabled.

Solution #3 - Other Recommendations

Please keep your browser version updated. Check your computer for adware or spyware. Try logging on through a friend’s computer. Trial and error is usually the best way to focus in and solve issues such as these. We have given general solutions which will solve these problems 99% of the time. You will still need to do your part to locate the problem since everyone’s computer is different.

A. Cookies are settings which allow any website to recognize and validate that you are the actual person logged in to the site. Cookies simply allow you to remain connected to our site. Otherwise, with every page load, your computer would be disconnected from our web server. Thus, you would make an entirely new connection every time you loaded a new page from our site. This would not be practical for you as a member. The cookie is a simple, invisible and non-harmful character string, and does not divulge any information about you or risk your anonymity. Please enable cookies to eliminate problems in accessing our site, as well as other sites which also require cookies for access.


My Account

A. Go to the page My Membership by clicking on the My Account link in the navigation bar. You can then view your current premium membership status start date and end date.
A. Go to the page My Sign Up Information by clicking on the My Account link in the navigation bar. You can then change your username and/or password. NOTE: You can only change your username one time. Afterwards, you cannot change it back to your original username due to site policy. Be very careful when typing in the username field.

In order to change your password, enter a new password in the password field, and then confirm your password change using the appropriate password confirmation field and click submit.
A. Go to the page My Sign Up Information by clicking on the My Account link in the navigation bar. You can then change your e-mail address by entering a new e-mail address in the e-mail field. Then confirm it by entering it again in the confirm e-mail field, and click submit. Note: You must maintain a valid e-mail address at all times. Attempting to use an invalid e-mail address will result in cancellation of your membership.
A. You cannot change your account type because our site is not programmed to allow members to switch account types. If you wish to change your account type, you will need to cancel your first account, and open a new account with the alternate account type you prefer. We reserve the right to not allow you to reinstate your original profile to prevent you from having two memberships, each with different account types. We do not allow our members to maintain more than one membership per person for site integrity purposes.
A. Unfortunately, we do not allow you to change back to your original username, and you are only permitted one username change for site integrity purposes.
A. E-mail Notifications are notifications sent to your real e-mail address when another member contacts you by e-mail message or wink. Any decline of your photos or captions, notifications of inappropriate content contained in your personal introduction, or otherwise important notifications from site management are not considered e-mail notifications which can be turned on and off from your account settings.

E-mail Notifications On and Off status can be changed by logging in, then going to the page My Membership page by clicking on the My Account link located on the navigation bar. NOTE: We highly advise that you keep your e-mail notifications “on” in order to be readily aware of new members who are trying to contact you. However, we have provided you the ability to turn off email notifications, if you so desire, for your convenience.
A. No. Your membership is not deleted if you cancel your premium membership. It simply reverts back to a basic free membership at the end of your subscription term.
A. There are two ways to block a person from contacting you. The first way is directly from the profile of the member you wish to block. Once the profile of the member is open, click the Block Member link, and you will see a confirmation saying Member Blocked.

The second way is to go to the My Blocked Profiles page by clicking on the My Account link located in the navigation bar. After the page is open, add the username of the member you wish to block, and submit the username by clicking the Block button. That member will now be added to your Blocked Member list at the bottom of the My Blocked Profiles page.
A. Yes. You can still contact a member who you have blocked, but you will not receive any e-mails or winks from them while they are on your blocked list.
A. No. The member(s) you block will never know that they are blocked unless you inform them by sending them an e-mail. In this case, if they attempt to contact you back, you will never receive their e-mails or winks while they remain on your blocked list.
A. Select the username of the member you wish to unblock by checking it. Then, click the Unblock button. The profile of the member will now be removed from your blocked list.
A. Who’s Viewed Me block when turned on, prevents your profile from showing up in the Who’s Viewed Me results of other members. Your profile will appear in another member’s Who’s Viewed Me results when you fully open that user’s profile page when the Who’s Viewed Me feature is off.


My Profile

A. Go to the page My Basics by clicking on the My Profile link in the navigation bar. Then click on the Edit My Basics link. You can alter any data present within the fields on this page. Updates which you submit will be reflected online immediately.
A. Go to the page My Introduction by clicking on the My Profile link in the navigation bar and then click on the Edit My Introduction link. You can then add information about yourself. Remember, writing a personal introduction is a great advantage. You should outline as much as possible about yourself in a positive and uplifting way. A. Private View of your profile is how your profile exists in our database even though your profile may currently be in a hidden status via your Visibility Settings located on the My Profile page. This page can be reached by clicking on the My Profile link in the navigation bar.

Public View of your profile is how your profile appears to other members who attempt to view your profile. If you have selected to hide your profile from public view via your Visibility Settings, then when you click on the Public View link, you will see a page which states your profile is currently unavailable. Note: No member will have the ability to find your profile in any “new” search if it is hidden. If members have saved you as a Favorite they can contact you. If other members still have messages from you in their inbox, and then if they click on the link to your profile from within their inbox (or from the photo link within the contents of a message from you), they will see a page stating that your profile is currently unavailable, but those members also may still contact you.
A. The Search Results View of your profile is how it appears when someone searches for it. However, if your profile was hidden, it would not appear in any “new” searches. Your profile will appear in saved searches, but it cannot be fully opened to view the entire profile.
A. No. When you update the My Basics portion of your profile, all changes appear online immediately after you submit them.
A. Your personal introduction is a great way to share with others about yourself. Describe your likes and dislikes, habits and interests as well as the type of person you seek. A. In order to provide the highest degree of security for you and other members, we require you not to include your e-mail address or other sensitive information in your personal introduction.
A. Go to the My Basics page, and select the member type you wish to meet at the bottom of the page. Our site is primarily designed to match Sugar Daddies/Mommies (want to spoil and pamper) with Sugar Babies Male/Female (want to be spoiled and pampered) and vice-versa.

However, we also allow members of the same account type to contact each other as pen pals. (Example: Sugar Daddies/Mommies/Babies contacting Sugar Daddies/Mommies/Babies.) This contact can only take place among members of the same account type if both members have selected this option within their My Basics section. The option to contact a member of the same account type is also at the bottom of the page.


My Photos

A. Go to the My Photos page which can be reached by clicking on the My Profile link from the navigation bar and then clicking on the Edit My Photos link.
A. Maintaining/submitting photos to your profile is not required, however it is highly recommended. By maintaining both a primary photo (photo which contains a clear image of your face) along with additional photos of yourself, you will increase the number of member views to your profile up to 15 times. This will potentially increase your responses dramatically! So get busy, and submit some of your favorite photos to us. Our members will love to see, and discover more about you!
A. No. Your photos must be reviewed by our staff, and then optimized for quality to make sure they look their best when viewed by other members. We crop, size, adjust, brighten, and sharpen every image for this purpose. Therefore, when you submit your photos, they go into a queue to be reviewed by our staff. Captions are reviewed to ensure they contain clean and appropriate content. Normally, we will have your photos and captions up and online within 2-24 hours at most. Thank you in advance for your patience.
A. Please carefully read the sections on the right side of the My Photos page. These sections include Photo Rules, Optimum Size and Pixel Dimensions and General Tips. The My Photos page can be reached by clicking on the My Profile link from the navigation bar, and then clicking on Edit My Photos.

We also have provided some general guidelines for both your primary photo and secondary photo submissions. If you read and follow our suggestions carefully, it will help us to publish your photos more efficiently. This, in turn, will help increase responses to your profile from other members.

In addition, on the My Photos page we have provided a photo cropping tool to assist you in preparing your photos prior to submission. Please see the next question for more info on using this tool. Please help us by cropping out any empty space in your photos, and keep in mind that JPEG photos are always preferred, and produce the best quality image online. They are also the most widely used.
A. Your primary photo is the photo that will be used as the primary photo in your fully opened profile, and must contain a quality image of your face that can be sized into the search result portion of your profile. We require your primary photo to be only of you. Maintaining a primary photo will increase your responses up to 15 times!
A. Additional photos can contain you in a group situation with other people, or by yourself. We allow the image(s) of your face in secondary photos to be blurred if desired. NOTE: This blurring for discretionary purposes is not allowed for your primary photo. Secondary photos are displayed in the More Photos view which is opened by clicking the More Photos icon located directly under your main photo within your fully opened profile, or from the Photos link within the search result of your profile.

Additional photos which are of you only, and that have a quality image of your face will be designated as a primary-capable photo. A primary-capable photo will always contain a "thumbs up" icon" in the photo frame. A primary- capable photo can be dragged and dropped into your primary photo position. If there is no Make Primary "thumbs up" icon present under the photo, then it is not "primary capable," and cannot be rotated into your primary photo position.
A. A primary-capable photo is an approved photo currently in your additional photo section located on your My Photos page. A primary-capable photo has been determined by our staff to have the necessary requirements (contains a quality image of your face and is not a group photo) to be viewed in your primary photo position, and can be rotated by you into your primary position by dragging and dropping the photo. Primary photos contain a ”thumbs up” icon. If no “thumbs up” icon is present, then the photo has been determined by our staff not to be primary-capable.
A. A primary-capable photo can be rotated by you into your primary photo position by dragging and dropping the photo into the primary position. If no “thumbs up” icon is present, then the photo has been determined by our staff not to be primary-capable.
A. Yes. You can blur your face or block out your eyes from view on any of your additional photos, but not your primary photo. We have provided submission general guidelines for both your primary and additional photo submissions. You can view these guidelines by clicking on the red arrow link on the right hand side of the Primary and Additional Photo titles.

A. Yes. We crop, size, adjust, brighten, and sharpen every image for this purpose. Therefore, when you submit your photos, they go into a queue to be reviewed by our staff. Please DO NOT send us photos with graphics, cut-outs, custom frames, additional colors, jokes, or borders. Photos with these attributes will be deleted.
A. No. Your photos themselves will be submitted into our queue for review, and your profile will remain online. Once your submitted photos are approved, then they will then appear in your profile.
A. First, NEVER submit to us nude photos of any kind. Any submission of nude photos will result in your membership being deleted. We accept JPG, PNG, and GIF files. JPG files are always preferred because they offer the best viewing quality. Your first primary photo must be a photo of you, and have a clear image of your face that we can use for the search result portion of your profile. All other photos that you submit can be of you alone or in a group situation representative of your lifestyle, different locations, friends, interests etc.
A. You will need photo software and a scanner to scan and save your photos in one of these formats. JPG is preferred. Another option is go to a local printing store (EX: Kinkos has many locations) and request that your files be put in JPG format. You will be all set! Simply upload the photos to your My Photos page when your photo files are ready.
A. 2 Megabytes (MB). You can view the size of your photo by right clicking on the file, and then clicking properties.
A. Here are the possible reasons for your difficulty in making a successful upload:
  • Your photo file is a ZIP file. We do not accept files that are zipped.
  • Your photo file exceeds 5 MB, and/or is too large.
  • Your photo is file not in a JPG, PNG, or GIF format.
  • Your photo file is too large in scale.
  • Your internet connection is so slow that it causes our server to time out and to log you off.
  • Your photo file has been corrupted by another program.
  • Your ISP is limiting upload due to its size.
  • Your photo file was saved in a JPG progressive format. Re-save it without the progressive aspect.
If you are still having problems after you correct any of the errors stated above, then you may submit your photo(s) to us at: Photos@MutualArrangements.com. You must include your username and member ID, and point out which person is you in the photo. Once we place your photo(s) online, then you can write your caption for the photo(s).

NOTICE: This e-mail is ONLY for photos. Any other support or technical questions will be deleted.
A. Make sure you save your file at a high enough resolution (dots per square inch). Once this resolution is high enough, you will prevent it from distorting when it is scaled down to fit our site.
A. It’s simple. Click on the delete button under the thumbnail of your photo.
A. Profiles with primary photos are displayed first in search results. Therefore, on average, you will receive up to 15 times more responses by having a primary photo.
A. You will show up in searches after those who have primary photos. NOTE: On average, you will receive up to 15 times more responses by having a primary photo.
A. No. Please NEVER submit to us nude photos of any kind. If you send us nude photo, it will result in the deletion of your membership. This includes see-through clothing where it is possible to see you partially nude. Please be courteous of other members. We are not a porn site. Bikinis and other minimum clothing are acceptable. You can display very sexy photos in any pose, just no nudity. It’s always classier anyway to leave the viewer with something for his/her imagination, and you’ll get better quality responses as well.
A. No. Repeated attempts to upload photos without you in the photo will result in us having to delete your membership. The purpose of your photos is to share info about yourself not your favorite movie star or pet. Please be courteous, and do not attempt these types of uploads.
A. You can drag and drop your photos in order to change their position, however for you to have the ability to drag and drop a photo into your primary position it must have been deemed “primary capable by our staff upon its validation. “Primary Capable” means it must contain a good face shot of you. If your photo is “primary capable” then a “thumbs up” icon will be located in the photo frame.
A. Captions are required to help describe your photo(s) to other members. For example, you can describe the location where your photo(s) were taken, a special event, or the other people/friends that are also in the photo with you. Searching & Browsing

A. Yes. Make sure to add a primary photo to your profile which will ensure you appear ahead of those who choose not to post a primary photo. Also, the more you use the site, the higher you appear in the search results. So try to log in at least once a day.

A. Members who submit primary photos are always displayed first in any search. This is standard procedure with most dating and community-oriented sites in order to display the highest quality search results for all members. Profiles with primary photos are always preferred by other members, so naturally these profiles are placed ahead of those members who choose not to display a primary photo.
A. You must enter the username of the member exactly with the correct letters and numbers, however our system is not case sensitive. Please try again, and make sure the username is entered correctly.
A. Since our database is extremely fast-growing and large in number, we must keep the total display at 50 pages in order in order to keep the load time of your searches very fast.

However, when you become un-hidden, then your profile will appear in the Whos Viewed Me search results of other members you viewed while your profile was hidden. Our system remembers the profiles of other members you viewed while you were hidden, but will not display your profile in other members Whos Viewed Me results until you become unhidden. If you have your Whos Viewed Me controls (as described in the FAQ answer directly above this one) disabled during the time you were hidden, and you decide to become unhidden, then you will not show up in other users Whos Viewed Me results you viewed while you were hidden.
A. Our site allows a member to change his/her username one time, and it cannot be changed back for integrity purposes. It is always a good idea to save members in your Favorites list which is updated when the username is changed by the member. A. There are two ways to block a person from contacting you. The first way is directly from the profile of the member you wish to block. Once the profile of the member is open, click the Block Member link, and you will see a confirmation saying Member Blocked.

The second way is to go to the My Blocked Profiles page by clicking on the My Account link located in the navigation bar. After the page is open, add the username of the member you wish to block, and click the Block button. That member will now be added to your Blocked Member list at the bottom of the My Blocked Profiles page.
A. If anyone spams or harasses you, please notify us by using the Contact Us page immediately. If we find that the member is in violation of our Terms of Service Agreement, he/she will be deleted without question. We also reserve the right to contact local and federal law enforcement personnel, depending on the nature of the event.
A. Yes, simply click on the Save as Draft button from the Send Member e-mail page. Your e-mail message will then be saved in your Drafts folder which can be reached at a future time by clicking on the Folder button from your Inbox. Once your Folder options come into view, then click on Drafts to view your Drafts folder. You will then see the copy of the e-mail message you saved as a draft from your earlier session.


E-Mail Folders

A. Check the checkbox next to the e-mail you wish to move. Click the Move button to select a folder in which to move your e-mail. Once you click the folder, then your e-mail will be moved.
A. Custom e-mail folders allow you to organize and store your e-mail messages in the manner you choose. You can reach the E-Mail folders page by clicking the Add/Edit Folders link from your Inbox, or from any storage folder that you have open. Click on the Add button to add a folder, Rename link to rename a folder, or the Delete link to delete a folder. Click the Move button to add new e-mail messages to a storage folder. As a basic member, you can read and delete e-mails, move existing e-mails in storage folders from one storage folder to another, and rename, delete and move custom folders. However, you must be a premium member to create additional folders or add/save messages from your inbox to your existing storage folders using the Move button.

As a basic member, you can still read and delete saved e-mails, rename, delete and move custom folders as well as move messages between custom storage folders, but you cannot add new e-mail messages from your inbox or trash to any storage folder, or create new storage folders without being a premium member.


Winks

A. A wink is a fast and friendly way to quickly introduce yourself without the extended effort of writing a custom e-mail. It’s good especially if you are in a hurry. Note: Our members always appreciate an e-mail because it shows you are especially interested in that person, and have taken the time to customize an e-mail just for him/her. So if you really want to make an impression, invest some time and write that e-mail! If you are in a hurry, just send a wink.
A. Yes. Emailing from a received wink is considered an initiation of contact and requires a premium membership. NOTE: Replying to emails is free.
A. When you send the wink, the member will immediately receive it in his/her inbox. Also, a notification will be sent to the member’s real e-mail address to inform him/her that a wink is now present in his/her inbox.
A. We do have a 60 minute auto logout which takes place 60 minutes after your last page view when you do not return to the site. If you try to send a wink, and cannot, simply log back in. NOTE: Please try to not leave uncompleted e-mail messages dormant due to the fact that after 60 minutes if you try to send a message in a logged out status, you may lose your information. To fully log out, use the Log Out link in the navigation bar, and do not just close the browser window.


My Favorites

A. You can add any member to your My Favorites page from 1) the fully opened profile of the member, or 2) from the search result of the member’s profile. Click on the Add to Favorites link, and you will receive a confirmation at the top of the page that the member has been added to your list.
A. Select the profile in the corner of the search result of the member, and click the delete link to remove the profile from your results.


Who's Online

A. Who’s Online results are displayed by the most recently logged in members.

Deleting My Membership

A. No! Your basic membership is totally free, and we are happy to keep your profile online. It is great to keep your membership because you never know when something great will happen. You can always come back at a later date to find one or more exciting new messages in your inbox. You can also hide your profile, and return it to a Live status at a later date. See the FAQ answer directly below this one.
A. Yes, if you hide your profile, it will not show up in any “new” search results of other members. We recommend you do this if you want to take a break, but don’t forget to return your profile to a Live status when you want to receive new messages. Otherwise, other members will not be able to find your profile. To hide your profile go to the My Profile page, or to the My Membership page, and switch your visibility settings from Live to Hidden.
A. NOT LOGGED IN - There is absolutely no obligation for you to remain a member. If you wish to be deleted as a member, please first logon to the site, and proceed to the My Membership page.
